UK and International Returns 

  • Please inform Rtister customer services within 14 days of receiving the item via telephone +44 (0)207 730 2626 or email
  • Please ensure that the item(s) is carefully packed in the original packaging with which they were delivered.
  • Collection for UK Customers is free and arranged by Rtister through DHL . 
  • All items must be unworn, unused, in sellable condition and with all original tags attached.

Order Tracking Number

You will be able to track the status of your order via DHL's website. We will provide you with a tracking number with which to track your order. A member of the team will also contact you via email as soon the item has been received by Rtister.


Exchanges for the same item in a different variation (including size) can be made up to the value of the product being exchanged.

Returns from the UK and EU:   Free

Returns from the US and UAE:  £12

Rest of the World: £15


Once the item has been received and inspected by our customer services team, the refund amount will be processed within 14 working days. Please note that shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount unless the item is faulty or in the case of a damaged delivery.
